Pleasant

✓ Brand new apartment (looks as on photos), nice location with a view of Neustift, parking place under the roof (no windows scratching in the morning), floor heating in the bathroom

✗ 1. I booked the apartment several months in advance. Despite presenting no need for a deposit payment, I was immediately charged with 50% of the total amount 2. Heating in the apartment did not work well. It is embedded in the back of a bench in the kitchen and it did not work well enough to heat the apartment. Heating in the bathroom was in the floor which was very nice, however there were no holders to hang wet towels 3. There was a ski room in the basement where you can leave ski boots and skis. Unfortunately the front door to the apartment building were open (anyone could enter) and you could get to the ski room without a need for any keys. And you don't really want to leave 4 pairs of skis and ski boots unlocked in the building where there is a free access. 4. Before arrival a PIN code was sent to me to open a locker with keys. PIN code did not work but fortunately I was able to reach a contact on the phone (who spoke English) and who was able to provide a correct code
