✗ I had a disappointing experience, Firstly, the cleanliness of the room was subpar as they did not provide me with a clean cover, and she was very sharp. Furthermore, I had requested the hotel's reception to hold my bag for two hours until my next trip, as it included chocolates. Unfortunately, my bag was left outside under the sun, resulting in the chocolates being ruined due to melting. To address this issue, I contacted the hotel manager via WhatsApp. However, I was met with disrespect and ridicule when I mentioned the incident with the chocolates. I was astonished when the manager proceeded to block me, denying any further communication. I believe that such unprofessional behavior and the lack of attention to basic services are unacceptable from a hotel. As a guest, I expected better customer service and care for my belongings. I hope that the hotel management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to enhance their cleanliness standards and customer service. It is important for them to recognize the value of their guests and address these issues appropriately

✓ Apartment's location was perfect, within a walking distance to shops and tourist attractions. It was also very close to water tram's station. Cleanness was alright. We had a great view of the canal. It was a bit noisy outside with boats but I suppose it's the charm of Venice.
