✗ The staff seemed constantly annoyed/ frustrated by very minor requests (i.e. additional tissues), with only one exception. The location is also very removed and it was often difficult to find taxis to return to the hotel.

✗ The room did not have some basic amenities, such as a coffee machine or a small kettle. Also, the AC was very noisy and disturbing.
