Lovely staff and a very clean well run hotel.
✓ Very clean and very welcoming staff. I’d go back again too.
✗ I would have preferred to be closer to the historic centre of St Malo as this is too far to walk if you fancied a night out.

✗ Attitude of staff and the idea that as well as paying they take another nights money which they say may be refunded after housekeepings report at noon on check out day. My boat to the uk leaves at 10 so no chance to challenge that.Not mentioned before booking completed, what a sting.
