Nice, clean, thoughtful and so close to Venice and its attractions
✓ Convenient location, within a 3-minute walk from the Mestre FS main train station, bus station with services to Venice (within a 10-minute drive) and nearby airports (20-30 minute drive), and plenty of restaurants/cafes for early or late meal/snack. Amazingly friendly staff, clean facilities, and really good breakfast with a variety of food to choose from. Fast and reliable WiFi service, common space in the lobby with work/meeting/play areas and nice modern design. Hot running water and sparkling bathroom. Staff very courteous and also told us we can request room service any time. I saw luggage room, guest shower service, and also an option to add breakfast or late checkout (until 2 pm) l, which was so convenient and thoughtful.
✗ No safety deposit boxes in standard double room, and somewhat hard mattress to sleep on.

✗ the only thing i didnot like is the location of the hostel, it is in Mestre and it isnt their fault but i dont think its the safest place

Exceptional
✓ I came here for the first time, and although I arrived early in the morning, beautiful lady at the reception allowed me to check in early. This made me really happy. I stayed in a room for 6 people, it was incredibly clean, Towels and beds are clean. There is a nice place to sit and have a cheap drink in the lobby. If I had stayed in Venice longer, I would definitely stay here. Thanks for everything.

✓ Staff, cleaning and design of the room were perfect
✗ The shower water was cold . And we couldn't increase the temperature of the air conditioner ( it was fixed . Just 3 degrees more than outside temperature)

✓ The system that they had for the individual private lockers in the room. I have also liked that the bathroom was within the room.
✗ They were not changing the towels daily so i have stayed for 5 nights but they have never changed it.

Would it possible to leave our baggage somewhere safe before the check-in? Because we arrive quite early to the airport (10 - 11AM) and then we would have to carry the baggage around for several hours until check-in.
