It was both good and bad
✓ It was like an Angel was sent down to direct us And very grateful we were because I had not submitted my ID so I had no proof of knowing the right address and on the verge of calling it a lost because we were about to return home when we took the chance to ask a dedicated gentleman who was eventually the actual owner of the property who did all the necessary things that needed to be done to get entry. Thank you Sir!!👍👍👍👍 for all the help.
✗ I didn't like the fact that I am a wheelchair user and I was given the top floor when I made it clear to them, it looked like it was impossible for me to climb those stairs but with help Only God knew how I managed.

✓ The highlight of this stay was the prompt response from the staff who were so friendly, yet very professional. The flat is big, clean and in a great location. Southend Victoria train station is less than 10 minutes walk away. All kitchenware is provided, and there is a comfortable double bed in the bedroom. Instructions on how to access the flat are clear, and check-in was smooth. Highly recommended - thank you
