✓ Sabrina helped me find the place and gave her recommendations for restaurants and i honestly had the best pizza during my trip in Orvieto which was my last stop. Clean rooms and a hearty breakfast in the mornings.

✓ The hotel was out of central ovieto and only transport was a bus as only 4 taxis in town. Staff were very helpful. The hotel is suited to group bookings rather than a solo traveller's. Breakfast was good.

Good large rooms and clean, the only issue was that the A/Cs could not be adjusted from the room or from reception,

✓ The Hotel had a great breakfast buffet. The staff was cortous and helpful. Great parking availability next to the hotel. Hotel is in a pretty but isolated area.
✗ The hotel was quite isolated. Rooms were small and slightly uncomfortable. I couldn't get the A/C to work, so I had to sleep with the window open. Overall, everything had an outdated finish.

5 min there were more than enough to prompt us to leave
✓ my sister and I ordered room, into driving into the parking, we noticed it was rundown to say the least. we asked to see the rooms, before deciding. They were AWFUL, in the one room the door barely opened. dark, old, dirty. I travel a lot and this reminded me of the worst possible room. we expressed our dis may in a polite way, and booked else where. Stay Away from this establishment. we decided take the stairs from the third floor down to Reception, at the bottom of each window ,,they put a towel to soak up the water and mildew. unpleasant and unhealthy.
✗ We didn’t stay, but left as fast as possible. if you drive behind the hotel, you notice how run down it really is, broken dirty shutters, disrepair and run down
