✓ ONLY a few single detached "TINY HOUSE LIKE ROOMS/detached, about 8 or 10 places......parking lot could use repair(paving) single little room was a kitchen fully fitted for (stay longer folks) TV WIFI excellent for being in desert, $$$$$WISE........very good place to rest/stay...."that's my ruling--ain't taking it back'

✓ It was close to Joshua Tree...very neat, clean, fun colors...happy place to stay in the desert ...close to J Tree and all the fun artsy places. Sky's the limit Observatory is close and great place to see the stars.

✓ Dirtiest, most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Urine on toilet upon check in, various body hairs found inside the "washed" fitted and flat sheets, TV didn't work, weird blood? in the drawer, broken shower, moldy coffee pouch left in the coffee maker. A real dump 1/10 would never recommend to anyone but a meth addict.
