Very good
✓ The location was beautiful (across from golf course and river. (Be aware train goes behind the unit but I liked the sound of the train). Very clean and comfortable with everything you need.

Overall its a good property that is well maintained with neat and clean facilities.
✓ The location is good. The property is neat and clean.
✗ Everything was good. However, the hot water system was broken and not working right on the first day and our family did not take a shower on the first day. The host did respond to our request and arranged a plumber (yes it was the weekend) the next day, but the plumber could only do a temporary fix and he had to come back on the third day of our stay to do a permanent fix. Yes, things do break down. However, the property should have been checked before our arrival. Secondly, we should have been moved to a different room as there were plenty of vacant and available rooms.

✓ Great location as we were competing in a fishing comp,great permanent residents. The unit was great very comfortable with nearly everything thing there.
✗ The parking s poor, with a boat in tow it was shocking,1 of the permanent residents offered his parking spot so we could use the back yard all great until some one blocked our exit. There is no BBQ,
