Nice, sentimental journey.
✓ The location, lovely breakfast service, private beach, nice and professional staff.
✗ Shower was not working properly (took 3 days to solve an issue). The biggest disappointment was dr Irena Eris SPA, where I booked my appointment and when arrived on time next day, I was told by receptionist that it was cancelled and my therapist went home as I was not answering my phone one hour before my appointment was scheduled, no idea how many confirmations they needed… huge disgrace and misunderstanding. I think the hotel is loosing its reputation cooperating with unprofessional spa operators.

✓ the grand nature of the hotel, the friendly and welcoming front desk staff, the spa facilities, the beach view and of course, the amazing breakfast!

✓ Excellent location and historic charme! The hotel's attraction is its beach location, the proximity of the city center and the mole, and -most importantly - the 1920's feel to the hotel.
✗ The hotel's history makes it special, but in some areas renovations that would give the hotel a modern feel would not harm the overall experience.

✓ Spacious room, nice spa area. Warm and cosy rooms with wooden parquet floors. Good breakfast. Good room service with special but not intrusive attention to guests (evening tea etc.). We had a good time in the beautiful lobby bar 🍸. Time and money well spent. Highly recommend.

The swimming pool is 5,5 m x 10m. In the Wellnes area there are 2 saunas and swimming pool - access is included in the price of room. To book a treatments please contact with our spa office.

Our rooms and Suites do not have a private inside sauna. In Wellness Area there are two saunas, swimming pool and gym for our guests.
