Motel One Innsbruck

Beautiful views with easy access to public transportation.

✓ The view is breathtaking! And not only that, I arrived at 5:30 AM and the staff, Payman at the reception managed to do an early check in for me. The main train station is literally right next to the hotel and it was easy to commute. What a delightful stay!

✗ They dont have water bottles in the room.

✓ Very new, modern hotel with good in room facilities. Bar on the top floor was good. It’s not in the best part of Innsbruck, but the location next to the train station was perfect for us.

✗ No room service or on-site restaurant and there weren’t any close by that we could see. The bar upstairs only served nuts, crisps & toasted sandwiches (but 2 of the 4 varieties were unavailable!) A bit of a walk to the nicer, old part of town with the restaurants etc.

Overall, I would stay there again and highly recommend the place! :)

✓ Firstly, the front desk receptionist was super friendly and welcoming. There were gluten-free and dairy-free options for breakfast, and it was served until later than usual! Could have more fruits options - suggestion -, but, it was included in the séjour price, so I was happy!

✗ The bar, the wine served was bad and not cooled, and the stuff at the bar was not professional and leaving guests waiting - not caring much.
