    Our stay was flawless. Everything worked very well, the room was clean and comfortable. The spa is fantastic - one of the sights to see in Warsaw. Breakfast staff were very attentive, and there is a harpist playing most days. Breakfast wasn't included in our rate - but there was a discount if you booked it the night before.

    The spa can become a little too busy, and they don't give out slippers so everyone is walking around in wet hotel slippers, they might want to think about that. Also for the sauna giving out cotton cloths instead of towels might be better.

    This stay, I booked for 5 nights through booking.com. I had a change of plans and needed to return home after 3/5 great nights. Unfortunately, I needed to cancel the last 2/5 nights of this stay. Staff were unable to refund or credit me. They asked me to contact booking.com and that would get me a credit or refund. That didn’t work. Booking.com asked me to contact the Intercontinental Hotel in regards to this. I gave them plenty of notice. I thought this was unfair as I had already prepaid the money for a stay in which I was unable to fulfill completely. I don’t cancel or change bookings regularly, I don’t believe I’ve inconvenienced your business and thought it was money I should have refunded to me.

    When I wanted to relax in spa area. I saw naked man in shower room. I didn’t respect that and I didn’t like it. A specially this hotel is international one and served different people with different cultures. Probably I would go back to this hotel again. But should have rules in public clearly.😌

    Great location in the city center. impeccable service, large and cozy rooms (especially large bathroom). Very tasty breakfast, very large selection of dishes.

    the spa center is very small. Even at 7 in the morning there were quite a lot of people, especially children.
