Beautiful hall - clean, spacious and nicely arranged. Large, well equipped room. Good bathroom. Nice sauna.

Too expensive for this quality in Warsaw. The double bed mattress had a mild ridge in the middle so I was rolling to the side. The breakfast was just average/good both for choice and quality of the food.

I lived in room 637, everything was great, the only thing I didn’t like was that there was a room for the cleaning lady across the wall, and it was very noisy there, during the day I tried to sleep, but it felt like there was a train going somewhere nearby, it was very noisy during the day and at night everything is great

Great hotel right in the centre of Warsaw. Attentive, friendly staff. The room was a little on the small side but had everything I needed. Nice deco and very comfortable. I loved being rewarded with a bar voucher on days when I opted out form having the room made up. Great idea. The shoe shine machine outside the lift - a nice touch.

There was no iron in the room however iron with an ironing board were quickly provided when I requested from reception.

Do any of the rooms have a balcony

Please be kindly informed that there are no rooms with balconies at our hotel. Balconies which can be seen on the pictures of our hotel are only decorative elements. There is no possibility to step out or open the balcony door.
