The room was nice and clean. The hotel is good.

The hotel is good. The only thing is that it's on the other side from the city centre. It was my first visit to Warsaw, so I didn't understand that. So you need to take an Uber or have a walk (about 25-30 min) to get to the main attractions.

Dear Anna, thank you for choosing to stay at Hetman Hotel. Although we are not in central Warsaw, however getting into the city centre is very fast and convenient. Using metro it takes only 7 minutes and the metro station is just two-minute walk from the hotel or one can also opt to take the tram or bus. We are a good choice, among others, for exploring the Old Town (two tram stops) or visiting the National Stadium. We hope to see you again when your travels bring you back to Warsaw.

The hotel is near to the strain station and to the old town.

After a good day in the town we (6 persons) wanted to take a beer in the lobby, but it was forbitten. I have often been in hotels, but that I have never met so far. Therefor if I came back to Warsaw anlone I would take that hotel again but with some friends I would not take that hotel. Because it is good for a group if you can end the day with the group discussing the day and therefor it is necessary to have a drink-either water or beer. But that was not allowed. So for a single person it ist excellent for a small group not so good.

almost everything was great, staff were very friendly and helpful and location was perfect for the stadium which is what we were there for

our shower flooded every time we used it, i think something was leaking out the bottom and it soaked the bathroom (room 314)

Really nice and quiet room - comfortable stay! The staff were friendly and even phoned to check my room was okay on arrival.

Location is great for the metro, but you do need to use the metro to see the sights rather than being able to walk.

24/7 check-in desk and the hotel has all amenities that are required for a comfortable stay. Not too far from tram lines that take you to old city and the city centre

Clean, silent and spacious. I paid for the room with cash back from booking and my expectations was low but the hotel happened to be great and far above my expectations.

Great value for money! The bed was really comfy, the room was big, clean and the shower was very large and nice! The air-conditioning was working very well.

I never like a carpet... not nice to walk on barefoot. Plus there was no hair conditioner.

A safe and classy hotel in Warsaw's Praga district

I enjoyed the hospitable front desk staff and the daily room service. The room's air conditioner and bathroom with shower were fantastic. I felt confident about leaving my passport and important documents in my room, which I appreciated as a solo traveler. The location in the Praga district is close to the Warsaw Zoo and I was easily able to take daily walking trips across the Wisła to experience various museums, parks and historical locations.

The room had no view of the street and I didn't want to open my window because the nearby roof looked dirty. The breakfast was tasty with numerous options but could have been slightly more varied than offering the same eggs and sausage every day. Overall these are small details for improvement.

Very good location, nice room, friendly staff. They didn’t know a lot of English, but enough to get by. I do recommend this place!

It’s a bit odd, but the toilet was not cleaned properly, neither before nor during my stay.
