The rooms were spacious with big bathrooms Massage at the hotel spa was great Really good facilities Check in was seamless and very helpful local info given

There was one particular front desk member of staff who was surly and just frankly rude to everyone who he spoke to - he acted like the guests were an inconvenience to him which is a shame because every other member of staff was fantastic and a credit to the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious, diverse and rich. I loved the wellness because the pool was quite long and it was open till 10 pm. The hotel is at the gate of Lazienkie Krolewskie, a huge lush green park, so my daily sport could be done easily.

I missed the information there were road reconstructions in process, thus I woke up at 5:30 each day.

This was my second time staying at the Regent. I was again very pleased with the hotel room and service provided. The room was clean and comfortable, there is good WiFi and choice of breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing I disliked. As a minor comment, parts of the carpet in my room looked like it had seen better days - a couple of marks and stains.

everything really good.

they could have a work room, some computer and a printer to use. I really wanted to print some papers, and I had to handle them to receptionist and they printed it. it was ok, but for such a big hotel with people coming for bussines purposes, they should have a "work space".

It’s a very good hotel — clean, well located and with a good breakfast.

It didn’t feel like a 5-star hotel — at most a good 4-star, which makes it overpriced.

Very nice old-school luxury, large bathroom, comfortable bed

Pillows are flat and lifeless. Hotel seems to be next to a hospital or police station - sirens can be heard quite often. At the moment their is major construction near the hotel and this can be heard

Breakfast spread was great and tasty as well.

It was far from convenience store and drug store was 13-15 walk. Pillows were too soft.

Stuff was very welcoming and helpful

The place is a bit far from Centre of town.Internal deco a bit dated.Lot’s of thinks didn’t work Main Entrance Doors and Jacuzzi one of the showers in the Spa.Steam room had a broken seat with bit of tape over it.The wellness need to be renovated to be 5 star.
