The room is clean. There is a teapot and tea and coffee to make. They supply 2 bottles of water in the room, that is nice after being travelling by plane. I called to the hotel asking for the shuttle out of the timetable and the bus picked me up in 10 min. If you want to go to the centre of the city; there is a bus stop 8 min. walk from the hotel and you can take bus 175 or they call you a taxi.The breakfast was nice, too.

Excellent location, 5min from airport, very nice breakfast, big comfortable room,, stuff very pleasent, there is a free shuttle bus every 30min to the airport ..

Was close to the airport. Staff were very good! The best pierogi and dessert for dinner. Super clean and comfortable. Spacious room!

all is well organized and you react quickly

to have a clear big sign where your shuttle bus picks the arrived persons - and to add in the description that you send to visitors that they need to cross to the second line (not where the taxi are but further)

Room was very nice. Shuttle convenient.

The restaurant was just ok, selections pretty limited, and even tho we were told there were two distinct restaurants, the menus were indistinguishable! We chose the restaurant for airport location, but once there, felt pretty isolated, seemed too hard to get into city. Not your fault, our bad choice.

I'm pretty sure I was upgraded. I need a room for one night between flights, arrived late and left very early but I got a massive room with living room and two toilets.

I expected to have a bar with sandwiches or quick meals till late. Room service is open until 1:00am with small menu. I arrived around 11pm so my options were limited

It was a very short stay before my early morning flight. The free transfer to the airport that is provided is a huge plus. I also enjoyed the dinner in one of the restaurants with the local cuisine located on the ground floor.

The close proximity to the airport and the free shuttle service were useful for my onward journey. The staff were freiendly with good english spoken.

Nothing to say really - possibly the selection of food for the evening meal could have been slightly wider.

When I asked about charging cable for my phone( and little toothpaste(I forgot)they were not able to help me in anyway. Also there was no connection from the train station, taxi not available for at least an hour( Sunday)and I had to drag huge luggage up and down multiple staircases to get to the hotel on foot😱
