✓ Staffs were very very unprofessional. The owner us still more worse
✗ Everything. They didn't give the bill. Took high price. Not allowed us to enter the hotel after 10pm. Didn't give or arrange for dinner even though we ordered before 8 pm. No blankets, soap, sampoo or oil given. Booked for AC room but they gave us non ac room where an AC was there but wasn't operational but they changed us ac room price. No staff was responsive
