Comfortable and clean, great value for money!
✓ Firstly for the price, the rooms were great. Comfortable bed, reasonable amenities including a tea kettle and hair dryer, and very clean. The best thing about this hotel is its staff. Lovely, professional people. When I needed to change my room Mariela and Calvin went through a lot of trouble to find something for me. I have also seen them go above and beyond for other guests. If I had to return here I would do so for the amazing service.
✗ I wish the breakfast could have been a bit better. During my stay, the breakfast only contained croissants, toast, ham, milk and cereal, and packaged biscuits.

✓ Close to the station, there is a nice coffee shop across the road that serves a different style of breakfast. Staff were really helpful and friendly.
✗ Some things are a little tired in places, it was clear it was once a chain hotel. Shame there is no restaurant on site anymore

✓ Very friendly staff, comfortable bed. Great location and parking available.
✗ Carpet within my room was clearly quite dirty and the room had a bit of a odd smell to it. The room in general could do with a good deep clean and a bit of renovation as it's looking a bit tired. The bed was nice and clean and comfortable. However, it's not an expensive stay so you get what you pay for.

✓ the room is spacious. the bed is very comfortable. bathroom is very good (bathtab, hot water etc). there is complimentary tea and coffee in the room.
✗ however the room is not clean enough. the bed and the towels are clean, that's all. I have dust allergy and I felt the symptoms every night. Also, the hotel should change the toilet paper.

We are still fully booked on Saturday 24th of May, but please keep checking for reopening the rooms as there is many times rooms cancellation.
