Decent hotel in a good location
✓ this is a nice hotel with a good location and the staff were extremely friendly. the breakfast was decent enough with a reasonable amount of choice.

✓ We had a problem with one of the staff but the rest of the staff (long haired beautiful lady and the gentleman with the long hair tied at the back 🙏🏻) managed everything snd we had a very comfortable stay for 3 days for 8-9 persons. Breakfast was good they prepared whatever we wanted. The hotel is in a very good and safe location. Airport shuttle is literally in the front street.

✓ The staff were incredibly helpful. Any questions I had they answered well, recommended gluten free restaurants, different activities to do, print off tickets for me. The breakfast Wes brilliant. They brought out a basket of gluten free items for me to choose from every morning and let me take as much or as little as I liked.
✗ I think my only issue was the water pressure in the shower.

✗ The parking garage used by the hotel is fairly priced. As with all parking in Palermo the entrance is very tight and below ground level and may not suit a medium or large sized car.
