✓ Great location near jagalchi market, bupyeong kkangtong market, gukje Market, train station, BIFF Square and bus stops. Lots of food options nearby Nice and quiet

✓ Convenient location with shops and restaurants just outside the hotel . Subway and bus station are also within easy walking distance . Rooms are clean and spacious .

It was good, but not great.
✓ The breakfast was expansive. I didn't love it but that's because I'm not a big fan of Korean breakfast foods. I think that most people would be really happy with it. The location was great if you want to be in the middle of things but was very hard to find, even with the map that they give you for taxi drivers. My driver gave up and dropped me off blocks away. It took me an 1.5 hours to find and that was with the help of locals.
✗ The front desk staff was not great. They weren't super friendly or helpful when I checked in, weren't helpful when I was trying to get some information about the location so that I could find my way back to the hotel (see above comment about how hard it is to find), they accidentally undercharged me and were waiting outside my door at 10:00 pm for me to come home to make sure I paid the excess. The staff was super young and it might just be a generational thing but compared to almost everyone else I interacted with in Korea in the 2 weeks that I was there, they were pretty off-putting.
