Average, if you have travelled enough
✓ Location as it is away from the noisy city Center, local shops around including pantaloons and other brands, good rooms, well furnished.
✗ The hotel operations are not streamlined. No menu in the rooms, intercom not working, no kettle for coffee and tea, and low end medimix soap in the bathrooms. At INR4000 per night, the facilities should have been akin to a business class hotel, whereas it is not close to standards. Simple case in point - the table is placed at a corner where there is no electrical socket!

✗ The bathrooms are not well maintained, and there's a pungent smell every time.

✗ The bedding was not clean. After keeping the used food containers outside the room , the same is not cleared for several hours. Food not great at the Hotel and very few options near by

✓ I paid for full board but they only provide half board and breakfast was pathetic... not even sufficient for 1 person. Man at reception was karega t and have no clues how to behave in service industry. Felt cheated and insulted. Even they lied about check out time too.
✗ Everything except the guy who was serving in my room name is sharvan.
