Great house, lovely location and great to have some outdoor space too.

✓ Location is great, house is a great size with a nice garden. Can walk into Brixham from the house. Space for parking three cars on the drive. We found it a a lovely space to spend the weekend with friends. Looks very well equipped for families too.

Overall really enjoyed stay - location of property was excellent and we covered a lot of ground.

✗ We had difficulty getting the television to work - kept asking for a code and a QR reader - we gave up. Also the heating system seemed to have a mind of its own some radiators came on in the middle of the night!
