✓ Nothing really. Just at the right location.

Perfect location, relatively cheap but would need a restoration

✓ Perfect location by Monte cassino. The room was overall in a good shape as well. A lovely, carismatic old polish building-yet a bit outdated with a need of some extra love and a restoration. A lovely balcony by the room

✗ The shower in the bathroom. The water flow was VERY weak: I complained about this problem to the staff-they told me that they couldn't solve this problem during my stay. The cleaning was not very impressive as well-I took a look under my bed and found lots of dust etc.

✗ I booked 4 rooms for the family and not one looked like the ones on the picture. They were absolutely horrible.

It’s basic, low cost accommodation in a good location attracting people travelling on budget

✓ Great Location, it’s clean

✗ It’s cheap place in great location offering rooms with single beds. Thus obviously attracts those who travel on budget like students. Some young people through a laud party in the next door room. It’s fine, they have their own rights, just be aware of that if you prefer quiet places.

Clean room on the main Monte Cassino street

✓ Great location at the beginning of the main Monte Cassino street in Sopot. Apartment was clean. There were towels available and some bath gels too.

✗ There were some problems with the reservation on the line between Booking and the owner - we needed to wait extra to get the confirmation from the owner that we can access the property. Don't know who to blame - Booking or the owner's system but I had all the necessary confirmations from Booking side so it was quite annoying to be kept on hold with check-in while we were running out of time.

✗ for one this is a hostel and not a hotel nothing like the picture no soap in the hand wash bottle rusty radiator in bathroom shower hose had a big hole in it and there was holes in the walls the couch bed was like sleeping on a brick wall, tissue that t glass cups were on was yellow absolutely disgusting, train goes past and the whole building shakes could not get any sleep had to book a proper hotel as I could not stay here sorry

✓ It was close to the city centre.

✗ It is not a hotel but a hostel. There is no a reception desk. The room was really very cold. I didn't like the standard, it was also close to the rail and I could hear the trains ! Never again, I do not recommend.
