Exceptional

✓ Very kind staff, hotel have swimming heated pool, as we were not in season it was great possibility to enjoy pool part as well, free parking and bike rent for explore Riccone. Separately i would like to highlight a restoran service and possibility to choose from dinner and lunch menu, they have so lot of possibility from list and additionally cakes, fruits, vedegatbeles i can't list all of them but i was amaizing.

✗ I don not have what to add. All was wonderful.

✗ the doors were not soundproof and there was a lot of noise coming from the corridor and from the balcony door (from outside).

A very nice hotel, would stay there again

✓ A nice hotel, The staff is very friendly, there is a closed free parking lot - now it was empty, I guess in the season it can fill up. It is close to the beach, the breakfast was very good in covid times. The room was big and nice, they even did housekeeping, which was a surprise. We got a room on the top floor with a big balcony, it was even reasonably well insulated from noise from other rooms - not that there were many guests. Staff was flexible with check-out time as well.

✗ The pillows were kinda hard. Have asked for a softer one for my gf, they did not have one ready. Not that big an issue, but an option would be cool to have. But hey, it is cool they were open in these tough times.

We have no private beach. We have agreements with some establishments and fixed prices for our guests. For example during summer 2018 1 beach umbrella + 2 sunbeds € 15,00 per day. Beach is 50 mt far from us
