Beautiful experience

The island is very clean Crystalline beach Variety of restaurants Events , activities The water villa with swimming pool was beautiful but I would loved the same with jacuzzi it has better view . Staff are friendly and attentive Spa is a must try

All inclusive package wasn’t a good deal , many options we wanted to try but are excluded. Dinner—Flame restaurant worth trying it requires booking in advance . Buffet— should be better for a 5star resort Activities are very expensive The resort is overpriced

despite the disappointment on dinner arrangement, overall stay has been lovely.

We particularly enjoy the convenience of snorkelling at the house reef. The house reef and variety of fishes are praiseworthy. Service staff are friendly, villa is clean, comfortable and just the right room size.

Beside being welcoming and friendly, I see potential improvement for staff to be more detailed and focus on booking arrangement. Our dinner arrangement for Flames & Mizu was messed up, hence only managed to try Flames which was disappointing since we were looking forward to Mizu (not within all inclusive package). The dinner booking was made through resort manager, Daniel. with a series of conversation about recommended massage and excursion. a side thought of mine, that he might forget about the dinner arrangement, thus I have specially walked over to the main reception to have the staff ensuring the dinner arrangement has been made correctly. staff confirms that booking has been made in an assuring way but did not check the system (red flag). that evening we headed to Flames for dinner, but we told it’s closed for stargazing event, we proceed for dinner at soul kitchen instead. the next evening, Mizu staff rejected our entry as she claims there isn’t a booking made for us. since she mentioned that there’s only 2 booking for that time slot, we asked if she could allow us in. (red flag 2) without checking on possibility, we were upfront rejected, gave us the reason that kitchen have to prepare the food ingredient thus unable to take in walk in. staff did not handle the situation well. After giving our feedback to the main reception, she made a call to Mizu, and immediately told us “let’s go to mizu” honestly, we appreciate the intention for service recovery. But there is an obvious inconsistency. To sum up:- 1. more attention and effort needed by reception staff, should we be already explaining to you that we are afraid that Daniel might missed out since we had a long conversation, please make the effort to check and not just brush us off that it’s confirm. 2. when arrangement has been messed up, restaurant staff could render sincerity and help to ensure guest is taken care of.
