✗ 1. Acess card was not working. Had to be replaced twice in 24 hrs. Annoying. 2. Pillows provided were not comfortable. Would expect better ones from hilton hotel. 3. Hotel charged me 1000 inr for early morning transportation to railway station that is 2.5 km from the hotel. This is a ripoff. I request the hotel management to have reasonable rates for airport drop off and pickup for hotel guests. 4. Hotel does not have a spa or a hair salon.

✓ I arrived here after a month in a healing Ashram, so I was looking for comfort and service. I got it at this hotel.The staff...from the General Manger down to the young man delivering my washed laundry all were very helpful, friendly and professional. It was a pleasure staying here.

Enjoyed the peace and safety of the stay.
✓ Safe and the room was quiet spacious for a solo traveler. The breakfast spread was ok but the filter coffee was exceptional.
