Disappointing.

✓ Location was very good. Size of the condo was good.

✗ The condo was NOT clean. Several things were broken: dining chair, garbage disposal leak resulting in flotsam left in the sink. No handle or lock on sliding door to deck. Primary toilet ran on. No remote for TV. Disappointed and frustrated with communication with Vacasa. We were told a cleaning crew would be out after I called after check in- no one showed up. The next day we stopped in the office and had a meeting with several people. Our issues were listened to. Upon our return to the unit, the chair was fixed, there was a pipe to secure the slider, we had a remote for the TV and the kitchen sink was cleaned out. The texting from Vacasa through Booking was annoying as I received 8 texts requesting my driver's license...including 2 after we checked out. At the meeting with Vacasa, they took a copy of our receipt for potential repayment for what we spent on cleaning supplies since we cleaned things up ourselves. No reimbursement.
