Excellent hotel at great location for good value for money
✓ The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is very central and safe. Its a very short walk to the city attractions, many outside restaurants, and the luxury shopping street. There are plenty of parking spaces in the parking garage, just not all of them dedicated to hotel guests.

✓ Staff were super friendly Only issue was no tea in room and confusion about tea .. some staff thought hot grit drinks and herbal drinks were tea .. I had to be very firm and insist that I have tea in my room and not herbal drinkd

Definitely a hotel I would recommend in Turin!
✓ Great location: the ‘quadrilatero Romano’ neighbourhood where the hotel is located is nice to walk around and vibrant with little corner restaurants and wineries. The hotel lobby has a very cool design lay-out and the food at the restaurant, which is open till late was great quality.

✗ I asked for a quiet room. But my room was a family room with intermediate door, with very bad acoustic isolation. I was woken up 2 nights at 01.00 a clock by the neighbour in the adjacent room (banging door etc). Perhaps a better isolation of the intermediate door would be a good idea?

✓ - spacious and modern room - all amenities are available - clean - hotel is beautifully decorated - close to center - helpful staff - quiet area
✗ - nothing really, except for when the staff was confused between our room and the second room we booked during check-out

We have 20 parking places in the “Santo Stefano” underground parking at floor -1, not guarded, only for Guest staying in the hotel; they cannot be reserved. Our rate is 25€/24h. In the same parking you'll find 300 public spaces at hourly rate.
