It was hideous, something out of the 19th century far east!

✓ Nothing went well

✗ Nothing I liked. The room was sparse, hot as the ac did not work, furnishings and decor early 1960, supposed to have a balcony but this was off the bathroom. Th ebathroom was not worth even describing.

The worse place I have ever booked!

✓ Terrible place - staff were useless and the facilities were inadequate. Don’t even think about staying here!

Poorly maintained and poor offer in a handy central location once you eventually find it.

✗ Very hard to find. Tiny sign on the wall. No-one there to let me in. No-one answered the buzzer. I had to call them and even then, more than once.The guy who eventually turned up (20 mins after I first tried to get a response ) knew nothing about Milan or anything in the area. It was dirty, the bathroom stunk of urine. Very broken down place, poorly maintained, door trim coming off the wall, bathroom lock was broken. Lots of other maintenance issues.

✗ Aside from being near the station nothing is good in here. We couldn’t even check out as there is no receptionist in the front and we lost our other appointments as we cannot go without our documents. The toilet is so dirty that the floor mat stinks so much. And we cannot even reach the owner as he left his phone at the hotel!!!!

This is a tourist trap.

✓ The location is convenient, right next to the train station. The entrance is hard to find and not welcoming at all. There is little to no signage indicating the hotel is there.

✗ This isn’t a hotel at all, it’s a converted apartment and very noisy. I had a room next to reception and was woken up the whole night. My booking didn’t indicate shared bathrooms, but I had to share one, and the facilities were in poor shape. My room didn’t have a proper bed but a fold out couch. At least the place was clean, I can give them that. But the whole apartment smelt of food. Very poor value for money.

Very basic accomodation, good location, could be cleaner.

✗ Not very clean and everything is worn down. Entrance to the property has a lot of people hanging around it, the entrance does not feel very safe on road level.
