Some work needs to be done for the hotel to be 4 Star

✓ The room was spacious

✗ The finishing is not up to standard. The Breakfast falls short. Lots of bread, no variety ito sausages, cold meats, and a coffee machine that we all queue up to to get any hot beverages.

I will recommend people to go to the hotel when they are visiting Dakar

✓ The people were great. It's within walking distance form the Museum of Black Civilizations. The staff are really helpful with tips on Senegalese culture.

I would say I expected more than what I got.

✓ The breakfast was great, i really liked it the variety of food items for breakfast. Breakfast was the one single item the I enjoyed at the hotel.

✗ The customer service was very poor. The things in the room which needed to be replenished like tea bags, sugar which were part of the attraction for the room. I had to always complain before the items were replenished. On the last day, I was told "administration had said the room should not be given those amenities because the guest was checking out the next day". I requested for sugar and tea bags to no avail. I made several requests at reception, but was told they will resolve it, to no avail. Secondly, there was a time we booked a shuttle to take us to CICD near Radisson Diamniadio; the driver dropped us at Radisson Blue and forced us out rudely even after having paid expensively for the ride in advance.
