✓ Everything. Very friendly receptionist always helpful. Spacious rooms. Perfect location to everything. Lovely lobby always smelt nice. Would come again if ever in rimini again

✓ It was a short walk to the main strip, restaurants and beach clubs. Pretty quiet street. Room, shower and bed sheets appeared to be clean.

✗ Overall, I am not sure this qualifies as a three star. Most of the places we stayed on this trip in different cities/countries in Europe were 3 or 4 stars. We recognize the building is older and not much can be done about the layout and amenities. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbours having their morning cigarette and everyone in the hallway - guests and staff. They came to make up the room super early around 9am both days while we were still getting ready for our day out so did not end up getting our room cleaned. Bed was hard, shower was tiny and our window looked right into our neighbours room with the adjoining balcony.

✗ I checked in at aprox 5am after my train was delayed over four hours. I had booked two nights in a "superior double room". The room was very small and dark and looked nothing like the pictures. The only person at the front desk so late was a security guard with limited english, so I decided to complain later. The only way to let in light the next day was to open the shutters to the balcony. But the balcony was shared so people were often looking into my room when I wanted some lighting. No privacy. Very uncomfortable single beds unlike the photos. Very uncomfortable for a "superior double room" and even the manager admitted that I was given the wrong room when I complained the next day. She said that she would not offer me a new room even though there were plenty of rooms available. I looked at the inventory on booking.com. Something seems very fradulent and corrupt about this hotel and the reviews. I did not get the room that I paid for and they refused to let me change rooms. I complained to booking and moved to a different hotel. On my way out the front desk rep said she could show me a new room but that all the beds were singles and all the rooms had a shared balcony. I said no thanks. They refused to refund the 2nd night, but booking.com refunded the money anyway after I showed them the pictures. The hotel owners obviously value money much more than customer satisfaction. Stay away from this hotel. Many other hotels in the area that will treat guests with decency and respect.

✓ The energy one feels at the Aura Living Hotel is something to be experienced, its peaceful pleasant and energising!! The owner and the team are super efficient and warm and always ready to help the guests and this is the best part The property is well maintained and clean The breakfast was delicious Thank you Sandra and team for a wonderful stay

Short stay in Rimini, near the Station & the Beach

✓ The welcome drink with finger food was a great surprise. Breakfast was excellent. The position near the train station and very close to the beach was very convenient for me.
