✓ clean and quiet, near city center with parking

✗ check-in procedure is very clumsy. at first you have to do check-in in a kiosk which is located in another location of the building, upon success u will get a room card as well as door open pin code. then u can goto the parking entrance, input door code to open gate and drive yr car inside. when ask for help, u have to make call to customer service, they don't accept whatsapp call! during our stay air conditioner in living room is not working, we reported the problem but no one come to fix it. they have very poor communication and zero follow up action. no bed side table. definitely not worth for the money.

Great location, apartments and swimming pool

✓ Easy access out of check in hours which was super convenient! The auto check in was fairly easy to use and user friendly

✗ Picking up the keys out of hours, means having to confirm the number of staying guests. I was never asked how many guest they would be in the flat, meaning that at check in, I was asked to provide information for 2 more guests than expected.

✓ Modern, clean, everything you need. It’s not in the center of town but we went for feria and the bus dropped us back right there. Otherwise you need to walk or cab.

Perfect place - totally recommend

✓ Amazing apartament - all clean, comfy, brand new. Great big parking. Check-in process is automated. There was a small gift waiting for us in the apartament. I will totally visit again!

✓ Really modern and new place. Unfortunately it was raining so we couldn't use the pool but I found it really comfortable on hot days.

We enjoyed our stay here but would refer to stay in the city centre next time.

✓ The apartment was very clean and has fantastic facilities.

✗ I was expecting the view to be more of the mountains but there is a main road in front of the apartments which is not really shown in the photos. The automatic check in was not very easy and would probably be challenging for those that are not tech savy. It took nearly 20 minutes to scan documents and then input all of the information manually that had just been scanned.

✓ We had Tamara who helped us to check-in on the automatic machine. Despite we have been there in the past and tried the auto-check-in without problems, it's even better having someone to welcome us :-) We were traveling with motor-bike and private parking was excellent for us.

✓ Very nice apartment with everthing we needed. We had problems with self-check-in and had very helpful and quick support over the phone. Roof top terrace with nice views. Free parking just in front of the building.

Good morning, Parking is not a problem with us, as we have a private parking in the same building, it costs 10€ per day, and also there are a free one opposite the apartments, most of the time there are enough free. Thanks!
