Excellent comfortable value for money stay.

✓ Excellent front desk staff and cleanliness. At the outset post booking Mellitah responded well to my call and gave me number for auto rickshaw as my train was arriving Concona at 2:30 am. Nagesh the auto driver was prompt. Gautam (night shift) and Mellita (Day shift) are excellent staff and make you feel welcome upon arrival with a friendly, smiling face. They are very helpful and have the right answer to each question. They are an asset to the resort. Beach is 5 to 10 mins walk away, convenient location with many restaurants around. Highly recommended.

✓ The property has a great ambiance and the location is stellar. Close to everything but still quiet. About a 5 minute walk to the beach, 4 minute walk to the Mill and 6ish minute walk into the central town. The service and staff were the best part of the stay. A few small issues came up during my 4 day visit and the staff were extremely helpful in getting everything resolved.

✗ For someone with US standards of cleanliness, it did not feel spotless. Everything had been washed but the sheets were clearly old and had some marks on them, towels as well. I pointed this out to the management and they actually swapped all of my linens for brand new ones. Also, just a heads up that you need to ask the room to be cleaned every day, they don't do it automatically.

✓ Perfect guest house surrounded by greenery and birds chirping, excellent location and excellent service! We loved our room with the balcony surrounded by coconut trees - it’s worth it to get the balcony room! They also cleaned our room often and asked regularly if we would like it cleaned! They have an attached cafe - Avocado Garden Cafe where we ate many delicious meals and had morning coffee. The Wifi in the cafe is very good - my husband and I both work online so it was really nice being able to sit and work there during the day! The location is near some of the best restaurants and cafes in town and just a 5min walk to the beach! They where always available to help and assist with everything needed - very good service and friendly family. We initially booked for 3 nights but extended our stay and stayed for 5 nights. Thank you!

Good hotel and recommended. Possibly the best option in Palolem. Good staff on the desk.

✓ Melita on reception. Very helpful and professional with perfect English. I was able to get good information about the area and this made my stay even better. Also Gautam was helpful and positive. Staff make the hotel, but the room was very good too. Clean and with a desk which is very useful these days as everyone has a laptop.

Good accommodation and friendly staff ,I might be back after awhile,when it’s not raining !

✓ Breakfast was ok ,really liked the Marsala chai All the staff were very friendly and interested in my well-being. Especially Mallita and Gautam on the front desk ,always with a smile and very helpful advice And the shower was great , always plenty of hot water and good pressure .

✗ There’s was nothing I didn’t like ,except the weather !
