Well kept and well equipped top floor crib "penthouse vibes" with a terrace that adds many qualities

✓ A "Penthouse" feeling thanks to the location on the top floor and the fairly big terrace with partly covering roof. Nice table fot at least 6 people on the terrace. Nice views of the hills in the north and the sun setting in the hills. Small shops in short walking distance - meat, fish, fruit, bread, pizza, bar/café (with really good gelato). And a Coal food store just a short further walk. Well eqiupped and a lot of fine touches of care and cleanliness. Good washing machine in utility room on the terrace. There's also a sink on the terrace - very convenient for rinsing beach wear or meal preps. 2 free bikes included. Perfect for runs into centre areas / old town. Takes about 10-12 minutes in leisurely pace. Plenty of good wine glasses - not always found in holiday rental apartments 13 minutues walk to the nice nearest beach, with wide "free beach" sections and nice selection of beach bars. Even a dog beach section in the southern end. Free parking very nearby. (open air)

✗ 4th floor - no elevator. It is what it is. Beware if you are not in shape. But it's worth it, every time you go out on the terrace and take in the views.
