Very good
✓ The room is very hige for a single traveller snd you get nearly all facilities you'll need. The owner was very kind too as he'll come by sland brief you on policies and you can request things that he can arrange for you; like calling a taxi on standby for you should you need one for airport flights.
✗ The building itself is a bit confusing and not really close to any public transports (10min walking minimum) and there is no dryer for laundries tho thsts s minor thing for me.
