Good location and nice hotel, would stay again!
✓ The location was great, close to the main train station so that we could walk easily. Also close enough to many of the metro stations to allow easy access to the city. Staff friendly and the room was clean and tidy. Check in earlier than usual and check out also later.
✗ There was only a few plug sockets in the room but not in very convenient places, no plug sockets next to the beds however there was USB cables, unfortunately these did not suit us due to the type of phone chargers we had travelled with.

Fabulous
✓ Breakfast was excellent. Lots of tasty choices, especially the chocolate croissants. The hotel was close to a metro station, so we were able to visit several locations throughout Milan.
✗ The only sore spot was the espresso machines. I stood in line for 10 minutes, and when I finally got my turn, the machine required service. There are several of them, so I waited in another line...successfully, this time.

this was a nice property for a short stay, the restaurant is great (breakfast and dinner)
✓ We only stayed for the night before heading off on our vacation. the hotel was a great affordable accommodation for our needs. the dinner at the onsite restaurant was outstanding and the breakfast had so many choices. including all the american options.
✗ the rooms were small but fit our needs for one night. it would have been a little cramped for a longer stay. other than that it was a great starting place for our vacation and we would definitely book it again
