✗ Staff. Barely spoke to me when I came. Outside of verifying who I was, asking for my passport and to “sign here”. Oh and let me not forget that the most help I got was when I was leaving and was asked did I need assistance with getting a taxi. I walked in and out of that hotel and not one time did any of the two front desk gentleman speak to me. Let alone inquire about the room and if I needed anything. And yes, I know I can just speak up if there was something I required. However, “good” hospitality would have it that the staff would inquire themselves. There was a struggle both coming and leaving with my luggage and not once was I offered assistance. Thanks, “gentlemen”. The room was “decent” at best. The shower handle was broken. Found that out the hard way after the turning the shower on and walking away just to find the shower handle came completely off the base and water was spraying everywhere. There were stains on the blanket and bedsheets on one side on the bed. The walls were covered in scuffs/markings and the remote control for the tv back was missing. Besides the views and location, I would never book here again.

✓ Location was good, appartment 504 has the worst view from the window on the backyard.

Absolutely gorgeous view!
✓ Amazing location and gorgeous balcony view! Everything is like in the pictures and my expectations were exceded! Very close to everything and the staff is very helpful! I absolutely loved it and I will definitely come back there. Teşekkür ederim!

A great location and very cozy and comfortable
✓ The view was excellent, the location was very convenient as I was renting e-scooters from the street and touring around the beautiful scenery. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Although it was a boutique hotel, but I felt safer than bigger hotels.
✗ You shouldn't expect room service, but the restaurants and coffeeshops and markets are walking distance so It didn't bother me.

✓ I stayed in the studio apartment and it was such a stunning apartment with an amazing view. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the location is great too. I would definitely stay again.
