Noise

✓ The staff and the food were very good, very helpful at all times. Unfortunately i booked this hotel in a huge rush so the negative comments are at my own fault.

✗ The noise level was unreal from the constant noise of the creatures in and around the woods, to the many many undisciplined screaming tantrum throwing children, who when not screaming and crying were running up and down the halls or using the reception areas sofas as climbing frames without anybody confronting them. But as i said totally my error, the clue was in the name family nature hotel.
