Hurrendous

✓ The property was okay but the location is terrible, in the centre of Coventry surrounded by local chavs.

✗ I had to call the police due to a neighbourly dispute next door involving knives, I would not recommend coming to this area, it was dangerous and unsafe. And to make matters worse, Sublime stays refused to provide us with alternative accommodation nor did we get anything refunded. We booked for two nights and didn’t even stay on the first.

✗ Floors stained, beds damp, not enough cups/plates/cutlery for family of 5. 3 bowls, 4 forks etc. No toilet roll on arrival

✓ The apartment was perfect and my family and I had a good time.We can't wait to be back the next time we are in Coventry.

Lovely comfortable clean and tidy apartment to stay in.

✓ Lovely clean house. Parking and instructions easy to follow with very good communication from the agents. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels very clean. Everything we needed in the house for a short stay for a group of friends. We would stay again.

✗ Only a few minor niggles which would not prevent us from staying again - Old mattress in the parking space which made the area feel a little grubby. Heating had been left on max and not really any instructions on how to operate the heating system, a little noisy with the windows open to air it out to a more comfortable temperature. No bedding for the pull out bed so we could not use that and had to shuffle the sleeping arrangements.
