✗ Taxi man ripped us off. Even though we paid in the hotel (so no money was exchanged) he asked us for additonal money in the car.

✓ From I reach the hotel I was greeted by a pleasant staff, the bell boy, the receptionist the room, the décor of the hotel, the freshness of the linen, the kitchen staff oh my gosh they made me feel welcome.

✓ The staff at the ROK Hotel Kingston were 11/10 and I had a wonderful exchange with each and every person on the team. Everything was extremely clean and beautifully presented. I enjoyed my time at the ROK Hotel. The bluetooth Marley speaker in the room was also an absolutely great touch!
✗ The food options were a little disappointing. The pool bar only really offered fast food and for vegetarian guests there was not a lot of choice, diary free guests I think had no options. It would be nice to have some healthier/ vegetarian options at the pool bar. The staff there were marvellous though!! <3

Thank you for your question, unfortunately we are not in walking distance to a beach. We are by the harbor and our concierge team can make transportation arrangements to the nearest beach which is approximately 20 minutes away.

Good day, Unfortunately, we do not allow 5 persons in the room. I would recommend that when you get to the property, please speak with the front office manager or supervisor for assistance with this request. It will require you to look at the room.
