All of the romantic Italian vibes in the heart of the city.
✓ - Perfect location - Charming accommodation - Restaurant downstairs - Room service (they brought a bottle of wine to my room at 01.00) - Excellent air conditioning - Outdoor tables and sofas Note: You will definitely want to get a taxi from the train station as there is too much of incline if you have luggage. Taxi was around 15€ each way.
✗ - The night staff and restaurant staff were very unfriendly (the daytime front desk staff were excellent) - The shower definitely needed a good cleaning

Beautiful hotel, loved every minute of my stay
✓ Absolutely beautiful place and fantastic location easy to walk into centre of town and to all attractions. The hotel is very old and traditional Italian style with lots of dark wooden pieces and beautiful artwork. My room was very comfortable and I had a large bathroom with an amazing old sink (Rococo maybe???) I will definitely stay there again, I loved it. They do not normally do lunch but I asked for a lunch and the owner kindly provided me with a lovely cold salad platter.

✓ Location is best in town, however absolutely no investment into any upgrades. Terrible furniture, bathroom drawer came apart when opening. No space to place anything in the bathroom. Rooms very small. Hallways from the middle ages...no water in the room upon arrival.
