✓ Modern and good location
✗ When I checked in it was really dirty. The bathroom and kitchen floor were disgusting. I had to go out and buy cleaning products. Stains and crumbs over the bedside cabinets. Still ongoing with discussions with booking.com but not getting very far. I would never stay again
✓ Fantastic location. Lovely finish on the inside, cosy bedroom upstairs. Great facilities available for cooking. Really enjoyed my stay here. Thank you.
✓ The place was clean and basic. There was a very helpful caretaker who lives at 7 The Vaults. It had an Internet connection. It was one minute walk to the church where I had a work shop. It was a one minute walk to vegan cafe.
✗ I was expe ting to be met at 3 pm by someone to give me the keys or tell me how to get in. I got there at 2.30. Luckily the care taker found outside the property at 3.30. He called Molly to get the code for 6 the vaults. He told me the gate code. The Heritage place only opens weekdays not Sundays. There was one tea towel and no spares. There were no cleaning materials to clean the toilet. There was hand sanitiser. There was no washing machine, ironing board or iron. To me that is very basic and I have never been to a holiday let that did not have these items! I did find an extra bin bag at the end of my stay when I emptied the bin in the bathroom.
