Bellisimo!

✓ This hotel is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The location is ideal. Near the ports and close to shopping and the center square.

✗ The bathrooms need an update. That would be my only criticism.

✓ Location and Views from the Property area Second to None. Directly Access to beach through LIFT or tunnel is very valuable.

✗ No drinking water in the room. Staff shortage is a major problem. Breakfast spread has almost nothing to offer.

A world class resort in a wonderful location!

✓ This luxurious hotel was on a cliff above the ocean with outstanding views. I had a balcony room and loved sitting out there, enjoying the water front. Beautiful furnishings, comfy bed, excellent service.

Very helpful, friendly staff!

✓ The staff were very helpful and attentive! (at reception and at breakfast) Gardens surrounding were also nice to relax and great location for walking around. Also gift in the room was a nice touch. Thank you!

It was so comfortable, perfect location, exclusive access to beach and the services they provide at the hotel are so ben

✓ It was authentic Italian property with wonderful staff. Let me just say, it is probably the best location in Sorrento you can get, it has a special lift access to the beach which saves you walking up and down a cliff to access the beach. The breakfast was exceptional and we felt very welcome.
