Superb.
✓ Super responsive owners with easy remote access and payment. Clean building and extra clean room. Nice bar with outdoor seating next door. _Super big and completely covered_ veranda with table and chair.

Good, simple, cheap, in a perfect location.
✓ Easy checkin and good communication with the host. The place it a large apartment in a residential building converted into a B&B: each room is private, just like in a hotel floor. Interesting concept. All communication was done via Whatsapp from arrival to payment. Very practical. Location is perfect between old and new town. Good shower and AC.
✗ It was all as expected. The balcony was a bit useless to me, and it was bigger than the room! 😅
