✗ There was some kind of low pitched noise in our room (probably came from the technical room next to our) that was bothering while sleeping.

✗ I didn’t like the receptionist. she is unfriendly, and not helpful. She kept doing her stuffs, typing something, and she didn’t pay attention on her customer. But other guy receptionist was okay.
