✓ Great location. House lovely and comfortable. Good for family as 2 sitting rooms.

✗ it didn’t have 2 bathrooms as stated, only 1 bathroom and a separate toilet, other than that it was lovely.

Great house, great location, little chilly.

✓ The location was excellent with only a 2 minute walk to the high street. The property is stylishly decorated and comfortable. We had an issue with the front door when we arrived, the host sent us some flowers to apologise which was a nice touch. The top floor living room was a nice bonus space.

✗ The property was difficult to get warm, the ground floor living room was warm but rest of the house chilly. Probably could have done with pre-heating the property before our arrival. Not a criticism but the fire safety guidelines mentions twice that no candles should be used but there were numerous candles located around the house.

A great property, where we had a lovely break

✓ The property is lovely and well presented with lots of space and options for up to 6 people to stay, some really nice touches, the location of Southwold is also really lovely and somewhere we will certainly visit again in better weather

✗ Being so close to the church meant that you could hear the bells every hour day or night, if you are not used to the noise it can be disturbing at night
