✓ No breakfast... but there's an amazing bread shop nearby that's so delicious. It's also nearby many eateries so finding food won't be an issue.

✗ The toilet has a slight pungent smell, probably the drainage but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

I will not be returning.

✓ We booked 4 rooms, including 3 double rooms and 1 triple room. The double rooms in the main building were comfortable and satisfactory. The spa facilities were also great and met expected standards. Overall, I had a good experience with the rooms at this hotel.

✗ The triple room in Building B was very small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. I would suggest that the hotel remove this listing since it does not meet the needs of guests. Additionally, the counter staff was not very helpful in resolving our issue when we brought it to their attention. We had to book another room at a different hotel as the staff only checked for available rooms after 2 hours, by which time we had already found another option.

Enjoyed the unique concept of high ceiling guest room with the bedroom area above the living room.

✓ The spacious living room with the sleeping loft area above it and the deep spa tub for soaking in the hot spring water are the features we look forward to in our quad room. The staff are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located with easy access to food.

✗ Privacy may be an issue when one is using the private spa bath as the curtains are outside the bathroom so one feels rather insecure if sharing room with friends

It was an exceptional value for a relaxing hot spring getaway!

✓ The room was such an excellent value. I stayed in the deluxe room in the main building. It had a large bed, a table and chairs, a TV, and a nice counter setup with kettle, tea, etc. But, the best part was of course the bathroom. The shower and hot spring tub were an incredible setup. Spacious, lovely. It was the perfect place to relax. I barely left my hotel room during my stay -- only to get food. I spent the rest of the time enjoying the hot spring!

✗ The bathroom sink was a little bit slow to drain.
