Nice property disappointing service

✓ The property was in a really good location, lovely pool and safe clean environment

✗ There were no issues with the property but the management company were very unhelpful and it was a disappointing check jn service. I had to travel to and pay for transport to a different town approx 20 mins away from Alvor to collect the keys. I have never experienced this before. I explained that I was travelling with a disabled parent and requested for someone to meet me at the property or for the keys to be left in a lock box, they refused and were inflexible and said they didn’t offer this service. very disappointing and for this reason I would not book this property again.

Very enjoyable stay would definitely return.

✓ The Villa is virtually brand new and spacious. It has a lovely rooftop terrace to catch the last rays of the sun, as well a sun trap balcony on one of the rooms. It’s just a short stroll into Alvor centre and has a supermarket just across the road.

✗ Very minor grip no mirror’s in the bedrooms.
