✓ Good location, great pool, jacuzzi, and roof deck.
✗ Reception was not prepared for my arrival. Took over an hour to get checked in and receive keys. Room was moderately clean with multiple stains on carpet and walls, as well as visible dirt in corners and other areas of the unit. Multiple broken doors and other damage in the unit that had been ignored and not fixed. Extremely small TV in the unit. Dirt and stains on the sheets and very uncomfortable bed and pillows. Would not recommend.

✓ Excellent location for attending a Reds game. Only a couple of blocks to the stadium. The valet parking that was included with the price was effortless and the valets were fast and attentive. Easy to get in and out. Building desk attendants were always present and very helpful.
✗ En route, I received an unexpected email from Arriva asking if I would agree to a room switch from the specific place I had rented due to a vague problem with the room. I was told that the switch would result in no loss of service or facility to me. I thought nothing of this and agreed to be moved. Unfortunately, the promise was not true as I was moved to a ground floor unit that faced the building alley. Major construction was going on in the alley during my stay and the very early morning noise was significant in this new relocation unit. I don't think this was a bait-and-switch tactic on the part of Arriva to rent an otherwise unprintable unit, but it sure ended up feeling like it. A minor issue was the lack of a shower curtain liner in the unit, which had only a woven decorative cloth curtain which saturated quite easily.
