I am sure it could be a nice place to rent and stay at long term, just never would rent for a couple nights there again.
✓ It was close to the convention center. the concierge Steve was VERY nice and helpful as was the coffee shop barista. We had no idea there was a ramp to get from the lobby to the 2nd floor rooms until half way through our stay because Steve noticed us struggling with a scooter and walked us all the way around to see where the ramp was located. The valet people were amazing and having a valet was nice but there should be an option to use it or not use it.
✗ The concierge that we dealt with (Gina) at check-in was rude and very unhelpful. There were unexpected stairs to deal with (not handicap friendly), it was h*ll communicating between Airriva and the property for check-in arrangements - mostly on the concierge’s end; the Airriva lady on the phone was very helpful. We could not easily find a bellhop cart of any sort - I know it is a residential property for the most part but if it can be rented out for just a couple nights, it would be nice to not have to make 4 trips to and from the garage for our luggage, especially since it just sits there after our car is immediately taken for valet. One of our apartments had ripped sheets on the bed and missing lamp shades.
